

CASE STUDY - LAI SUN DINING GROUP
CLIENT: Lai Sun Dining Group
BRIEF: To develop a Brand Operations and Franchising Manual based on the operations in London and Hong Kong for implementation and expansion within Europe and the Middle East.
STRATEGY: To investigate and understand all aspects of the business from an operational, commercial and design perspective, including the substantial heritage and trading history of its founder Sir David Tang.
To work with the senior management team in documenting the processes and procedures for the business, with close attention to the subtle nuances that differentiate the brand from its competitor set.
Coordination and consolidation of information from HK and London to provide an accurate representation of the brand in all its forms and to define the brand standards for third party operators.
RESULTS: Lai Sun Dining are actively pursuing potential franchise operators in the UAE and are also looking to expand their own operations in London with the addition of a China Club venture.
