CASE STUDY - KOTVA, PRAGUE

CLIENT: Generali Real Estate Manages it’s operations across the different European markets through six operating platforms and five regions.

 

BRIEF: CEO Ramon Spoladore Head of CEE & NORDICS region engaged Ford Consultancy to devise the strategy and implementation for complete redevelopment of the iconic Kotva Food and Beverage concept which will occupy 3,000m² on the 2nd, 3rd and 6th floors

 

STRATEGY: The initial strategy is to plan the overall Food and Beverage spaces throughout the whole store deciding what categories and offers will suit the location and customer profile.

Ford Consultancy have been  responsible for selecting the design team and ultimately delivering the new  concept from its creation through to trading over a period of 3 year’s time

 

RESULTS: 

This project is work in progress with a target completion of Q2 2026
